Manager Emerald Breaks Unbelievable News Story!

In what can only be described as one of the most bizarre racing stories you'll hear this season, novice manager Emerald is due to part ways with Damien Fox at the end of the season after only a few weeks on the circuit together due to Fox wanting to pursue a career in ballet!

"From an early age I had an affinity with the ballet. I would sneak around the house late at night in my mothers tights trying to recreate some of Rudolf Nureyevs moves while dreaming of performing in the Mariinsky Theatre", Fox said at a news conference today in Dublin, Ireland.

"I guess it has never left me. And now that I'm at a crossroads in my life as to what career path I'd like to follow, I have chosen ballet over motor racing."

"Yeah, sure, I'm a good driver. But I'm a better dancer. And instead of squeezing myself into a cockpit of a formula class car, I prefer to squeeze myself into some ballet-tights."

Manager Emerald also said a few words about Fox's career move...

"I knew absolutely nothing about Damien's obsession with the ballet. Sure, there were times when I seen him wear tights in the dressing room at various karting tracks around Ireland, but I thought he was into cross-dressing or some other fascination."

"My advice to Fox is to follow your heart."

Emerald also released some details about his future in motor sport..

"Yes, I have a new driver lined up. Funnily enough it is Damien Fox's younger brother, Redmond Fox, who is just a few weeks off his 18th birthday himself.
He's actually a better driver than his older brother, and his record at youth levels indicate as much.
We had to wait for him to come of age before signing him up, and I'm excited to see what he is capable of at higher racing levels"

"When this season ends, Redmond will join up with me and we'll take it from there.
Oh, and I've asked him about any secret obsessions that might get in the way of his racing career and he has informed me of no such obsessions, thankfully. Haha!"

So there you have it folks, as one brother is about to pirouette away from all the glitz and glamour of formula racing to pursue a career in the ballet, his younger brother is about to step into his ballet slippers, I mean, racing shoes to start his racing career. Good luck Redmond
