How to make MRC Formula 1 better

Some of you might have noticed Tigerman's suggestion about F1 engine usage (https://www.myracingcareer.com/en/forum/3647/).

I have to say that in Formula 1 engine performance does not change with mileage and to implement it makes no sense to me. However I do like the idea of having only limited amount of engines per season and the penalties that come with it.
So it got me thinking... of course the problem is implementation...

Like edis10 pointed out the power unit is deemed to consist of six separate elements: the internal combustion engine (ICE), the motor generator unit-kinetic (MGU-K), the motor generator unit-heat (MGU-H), the energy store (ES), turbocharger (TC) and control electronics (CE).

To make this system work you would have to simulate wear on multiple parts as you can't have only engine related DNFs.
Mechanical Aggressivity as it's implemented now would affect all parts except engine and brakes. Those two would be calculated separately using parameters below and general (track specific) wear.

Along with Mechanical Aggressivity teams would be able to:
- set a Rev Limit. Increasing the rev limit increases the engine's horsepower, but also results in higher engine temperature and thus lower reliability. Lowering the rev limit reduces the horsepower, creating lower engine temperature and a higher reliability;
- set Engine Modes (0, 1, 3) for drivers to use them in relation to their Race Goals. Engine Mode settings would be set by each team individually by adjusting engine Rev Limit.
- chose Radiator Size. This setting adjusts the air flow to the radiator, which helps cool the engine. The larger the opening, the cooler the engine will run, making it safer to run at a higher RPM. On the other hand a large radiator opening creates more drag, which will reduce top speed;
- chose Brake Duct Size. Brake duct increases drag (lower top speed) and reduces downforce by introducing air underneath the car. It also affect the reliability of brakes.

Obviously you could make it even more detailed so that reliability of other parts (suspension, gearbox, KERS, transmission,...) would be simulated too.

To add even more complexity to MRC Formula 1 implementation of revolutionary parts is a must.
I would also like to see if teams could build high and low downforce aero parts (Front and Rear Wings). The quality of those parts would stay the same as a regular wing, only the characteristics would change.
I would also like to see if we would have more parts to develop. Suspension and clutch for mechanical parts and nose cone and floor for aero parts.
In relation to this I would also like to see a 2% drop per season in quality for mechanical parts that are not subjected to rule changes (after they have been used for full season). Now you build them once and you are set for life.

But before all that I would like, if some more basic stuff get introduced:
- Nations Cup standings separation;
- Clans;
- Any driver who completes over 90 percent of the race will be classified as a finisher, regardless of whether they were running as the winner took the chequered flag;
- Car Experience (you can read about it more in my previous press release: https://www.myracingcareer.com/en/press-releases/6345/);
- Drivers in Formula 1 must start the race on the tyres with which they set their fastest time in Q2.
