Good morning/afternoon/evening to you and where ever you are in the world!

I'm currently at nan's house preparing for the 'usual' wicked roast turkey we have for lunch with all my cousins. I had to drive for 3 hours yesterday and unlike Europe and North America, it's summer. Bloody hot Christmas Eve 35C/95F... but I'm sure any Aussie bloke wouldn't have it any other way.

I must've been a naughty boy since the only thing the big red fella could find me was a stocking full of chocolate.. and he also magically put nail polish on my feet without waking me up...

As I sit here listening to Carols on the stereo watching my cousins play some board game I thought I'd pop in and wish everybody a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I've been playing for just under 3 years now and it's been wicked to meet so many people here ~ I even almost met another manager on my Cambodia trip (you know who you are!)

Hopefully now in my second season as Commissioner I can continue to build on my relationships with all the team managers and shareholders. Sometimes it's hard but it isn't my job to make enemies, I'd get fired quicker than I could say 'Rosberg retired' if I took that approach.

Hopefully 2017 exceeds what you achieved in 2016, and I wish you all the very best! I'm gonna tell my dad to stop singing Christmas carols... he thinks he's headed for the Opera... help! :P
