NEWS: New Features

Hi guys, MRC are always looking to improve your gaming experience here and today I bring you news about brand new features as well as information about planned features for the future!

The forums are always a good place to look if you want to gauge a User's temperature for a game.
They are also a very good place to look for what Users would like to see implemented.
Here on MRC is no different and below you can find a list of brand new features, followed by a list of planned future features!

New Features:

~ Friend System:
Most of you will have already seen this new feature, and already added some friends. This was a feature a lot of you guys wanted to see, and now it's here!
To send a friend request you simply visit the Users profile and click the "Add Friend" button that is located below the user’s honours section. In conjunction with this feature, MRC plan to bring in a message system similar to that of facebook where you can reply and like other user’s comments and posts.

~ User Garage:
Now when you visit your garage or indeed that of a friend you are now able to view all of their cars and motorbikes, past and present! Also, they are in their original design sizes!

- New Series Chat Forum:
A new sub forum has been created where all users can interact with friends and/or other competitors who drive in a certain series. This forum is located between the "Forum" and "My Own Posts" forum tabs.

~ Statistics Page Improvement:
A couple of improvements here, the "Voting Points" table have now been replaced with a "Friends" table. Also, a new section for Formula 1 has been added where F1 statistics are easily viewable.

~ Formula 1 Team Managers are now able to see original part of upgrading which will allow them to identify quicker if they have upgraded wrong parts. This can be found on the "Manage Development" page

Planned Future Features:

~ Season 12 will see the first races in the newly formed FIA championship, Formula E.

~ National Motorsport Associations:
The first elections are due to take place at the end of season 12, with the first races of this new feature penned in for the start of Season 13.

~ After the National Motorsport Associations are up and running, the Live Race Broadcasting should be here for you all to enjoy your races!

~ After all of this, we plan on bringing further racing series to you, such as:-
DTM, WTCC, ETCC and the V8 Australian Supercars!

~

As you can see, there is quite a lot to look forward to within the next few seasons, but we must say a big thank you to those who originally made these suggestions in the various forums here on MRC!
