First of all I would like to tell you the start date of Full Version! It's 17.09.2012!

We don`t expect any troubles during that time, but in case of real need, the game might be turned off for short time to repair all the problems.

Next about season series. So you have some time to get higher driver rating and learn something more about the game. Here are the days for accept drivers to season series:

- 10.09.2012 18:00 CET - Formula 3 World Series
- 12.09.2012 18:00 CET - Formula 3 Continental Series (Africa, Asia,
Europe, Oceania, North America and South America)
- 14.09.2012 18:00 CET - Formula 3 Regional Series
- 16.09.2012 18:00 CET - Formula 3 National Series

Driver and his manager should be active during 2 weeks before accepting. Everybody who will not be accepted will participate in Rookie series during the whole first season. So make sure you pick the right series to be sure you will be accepted.

Every driver will get 500.000 game money for start from their family at 10.09.2012 02:00 CET. You should check how much your series Entrance fee is because if you don't have money enough, then system will not accept you to series. So be careful with spendings before being accepted to series. You can accept your first sponsor offer during 10.09.2012 day.

Now is the last time to retire your driver and create new if you want get some rating points before full version comes. If you think that your driver isn't good enough yet and you want better to full version, then retire it but in full version your driver can start training so think also about it. You can see below the table how your driver will training in which ages:

- age 18-25 - normal training speed
- age 26-32 - slower training
- age 33 - no training
- age 34 and more - attributes decreasing

Next something about driver skills:
Intelligence means show fast your driver can train. If 50 is normal speed, then 100 means two times faster than 50. For example if your driver training is 13% per day and your skill is 50, if it's 100 then he will train 26% per day that skill.

Charisma is the key to get better sponsor offers. It have similar influence than intelligence, so your driver will get two times better offers from sponsors if his charisma is 100 and not 50. Sponsor offers also depends on your driver`s rating.

Man management is the way to get better performances from employees. It's the best motivator for employees.
