Small Beginnings - Adrian Brooke
A lucky break was all that was needed to kick start this young up and comer into the chance of a lifetime, and Adrian Brooke has grabbed this chance with a tight grip as the fresh faced Formula 3 driver begins his first race with his newly appointed manager.
Brooke began his love of motorsport in karting as many do, and has been a constant runner up and race winner in the smaller ventures. Together with his father Fabian and elder brother John, he learned quick about both how to build and race the simple karts that have propelled many into F1 stardom.
Since his last venture in karting, where he finishing second in the Welsh Cup, Alan Smith has appointed himself as the mentor and manager to the driver, hoping to build on the confident spirit that has pronounced itself within the happy-go-lucky motions of Adrian Brooke. "He is certainly one I would enjoy working with on with long term venture." The Manager stated. "Hopefully Brooke can control the car out there and bring it home with good pace."
Adrian Brooke himself felt more confident about this first 'test session' he had found himself in. "I am really glad that I am able to race here in Ireland today! the weather looks fair and I should be able to put on a good show!"
It seems we have a mix of characters within the new pair, so shall we see a clash of minds in years to come? Only time will tell.
