Comunicats de Premsa - Toro Rosso Breaks Through
Toro Rosso Breaks Through
Toro Rosso has been slowing improving in every aspect, from their team facilities to their strategy on their builds to the way their drivers attack the track. With all these steady improvements results at the track still were slow to come.
Today a big first step was taken. Marcis Jr. Freiverts broke through with the first points scored for Toro Rosso in eight seasons. This comes as little surprise to those who have watched as this team has continued to do everything right since they have renewed their commitment to winning. Oleg Petrov, a long time driver of Toro Rosso, was 13th, a good result for the team as well. When management was asked about their drivers they nothing but praise for Petrov and Freiverts. "Petrov is a great driver who has done everything in his power to help us at Toro Rosso succeed. We can only hope that we can talk him into one more year". "Freiverts is new to the team and a very skilled driver who has already brought us back into the points. We feel very fortunate that we were able to sign him. We will also try to talk him out of retirement".
Toro Rosso has pledged to continue to improve every year. Some new programs have kept interest high in their fan club. Programs such as joining the fan club gives a manager access to 16 different liveries free of charge, and the voting point initiative, where you can become a shareholder simply by consistently donating voting points.
The future looks very bright for Toro Rosso!
